Cancellation policy

All events are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the BKGB, in the case refunds will be made available in the form the payment was made.

For prepaid camp registration fees please refer to the camp venue for their refund policy. If you would like to withdraw your camp registration, please do so 15 days before.

late registration

Late registration will be made available to all potential eligible participants, camp shirts will not be guaranteed to anyone who registers less than 15 days prior to the camp date.
